Eight years in, I've moved from enterprise consulting to embedded product design leadership. I care less about deliverables and more about the decisions that produce them.

At GoGuardian, I lead cross-product work spanning design systems, new product development, and evaluative research. The throughline: decision quality. I work most effectively when the problem is genuinely unsettled — when the right answer isn't obvious until someone does the research.

Nights and weekends, a friend and I are building DreamSphere (opens in new tab) — an AI reflection app. Shipping our own thing keeps me honest about how hard it actually is.
